We began with a simple idea: that true hospitality is measured by how effortless and memorable a stay can be, and HOOLY was created to make every guest experience seamless and delightful; designed and modeled in Rhino, the robot was developed with a friendly, approachable form that is visually pleasing and non-intimidating, while we also created the complete on-screen UX, focusing on clarity, intuitiveness, and ease of use for guests of all profiles, and through its smart compartments, room service capabilities, and autonomous functionality, HOOLY ensures guests’ needs are met at any time—delivering meals, collecting trays, or charging devices.
